USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of services provided by domain.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"). By registering or using the services, the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "End User" or "Buyer") agrees to be bound by the terms outlined herein.

Definitions:

• "Customer" refers to the End User.
• "domain.com" refers to the Seller.
• "Buyer" and "Seller" may be collectively referred to as the Parties.
• "Third Party Service Provider(s)" refers to external suppliers.
• "Service(s)" refers to third-party services provided by the Seller.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 The Customer consents to the use of electronic agreements to govern the use of services and to receive all notices in electronic form. This consent may be withdrawn by notifying the Seller in writing. However, if electronic communication is the only available means, such withdrawal may result in account termination.

1.2 All performance under this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be conducted through mediation in the jurisdiction selected by the Seller.

1.3 If required by law, this Agreement may be translated. In the event of any discrepancy between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Disclaimer

2.1 The Seller is not affiliated with any mobile network providers, carriers, or manufacturers. All logos, images, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2.2 All Services are provided via Third Party Service Providers. The Buyer agrees to be bound by their terms and conditions. Except as prohibited by applicable law, the Seller shall not be held liable for:

• The performance, accuracy, availability, or compatibility of Third Party Services.
• Any issue resulting from Linked Sites, Other Sites, or Third Party Information.

2.3 The unlawful use of any Services or Products provided by the Seller or through Third Party Service Providers is strictly prohibited. The Seller shall not be held liable for any consequences, damages, or claims arising from the misuse or illegal application of the Services or Products by the Buyer or any third party. The responsibility for lawful usage lies solely with the Buyer.

 

3. Modifications to Terms

3.1 The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon being posted. The Customer is responsible for reviewing the latest terms prior to each purchase. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1 The Seller is committed to protecting the Customer’s privacy and will process all personal information lawfully under the Data Protection Act 1998.

4.2 Sensitive personal information will not be collected without explicit consent. All data will be securely stored in line with internal security policies and applicable laws.

5. Refunds and Service Failures

5.1 If the Third Party Service Provider is unable to complete the transaction, the order will be returned as "Not Found", and a full credit will be automatically issued for that transaction.

5.2 If the Service is completed but not accepted by the device, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 7 days and provide the following video proof:

• The video must be continuous and uninterrupted.
• The device must remain in the frame at all times.
• The IMEI number must be clearly visible.
• The Service must be shown being entered into the device and the resulting error message.
• If multiple services are delivered for the same IMEI, each must be recorded accordingly.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds or returns will be accepted in the following situations:

1. Incorrect IMEI was submitted and the service was processed.
2. No video proof is provided.
3. The Seller was not notified within 7 days.
4. The device is hard-locked.
5. Service delivery exceeded expected time.
6. A different Seller's service was purchased before ours completed.
7. The unlock was accepted, but the device is not compatible with the Buyer’s network.
8. The unlock was accepted, but internet or WiFi is not working.
9. The device is defective or cannot accept an unlock code.

7. Legal Notice

This site operates in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), effective until July 1997.

If the Buyer disagrees with any of the above terms, registration must not proceed.
By completing the registration, the Buyer fully accepts and understands the terms listed herein.
